It's "Cook's Appreciation Day".
Accolades to Dr. Sasser and team, Johnny, Jim and Carolyn, and David for all the meals so far...I think the estimate is around 1300 so far, and counting. The hearty meals they prepare are fit for a king and definately keep the guys going for the day. Thanks so much for being in the kitchen, sleeping in the kitchen and rising before the sun.
The medical team was "rockin' and rollin' yesterday with a an estimate of around 350 patients.
The building team made it through 2.3 houses by dinner time.

ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear you all are doing well and that you are being well-fed by Marshall and the other cooks (I bet I know who is sleeping in the kitchen). Marshall is a great cook, and I am REALLY missing him! I am praying for each of your teams as they go out daily to share God's love.
